Circuit Diagram #2 was the second of two small video installations constructed with footage of parades scavenged from websites around the United States. The selected videos came from non-professional sources and depict local parades.

As viewers entered the front room on the gallery, small sounds could be heard emanating from inside the electrical outlets. Upon entering the rear section of the space, a small projection with the same audio track became visible moving into an outlet in the corner.
